well we really dont have a great PR man but I am thinking young Danny Woodhead has the potential to be quite good at that job...
SD has a weaker WR Corpse than we do, and the usually like to have a startable backup at every position, why are they shopping him?
What's so crazy about it? We're not a passing offense. And until Clemens can prove that he can move the ball down the field why bring in a 3rd starting caliber WR? You are right we don't know what we have with Stuckey or Henry. Why stunt their growth by pushing them further down the depth chart? Plus, we've already had young WR's not get an opportunity because we decided to go with other receivers (Cotchery).
Chris Chambers is a viable #1, and Vincent Jackson is coming on to be a good WR. The drafted Craig Davis, who may or may not be good. Gates is still the top TE in the AFC. LT can catch out of the backfield. Parker is expendable at this point to them. I don't even want him as camp fodder. I'd like to find the young kid who becomes a diamond in the rough player instead considering the roster is only 80 people deep this year.
The last time Eric Parker was fully healthy and on the field he played awful against the Patriots in their playoff loss two years ago with drop passes and fumbles. That's the reason the Chargers traded to get Chris Chambers and drafted Craig "Buster" Davis to go along with Vincent Jackson. The JETS would have to be crazy to even consider Parker as an option with the young good receivers they already have.
DW is crazy fast and has amazing moves in the open field. I'd love to see him in as a slot receiver occasionally too...
This dick thinks it's a good idea, which means it isn't. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/8277036/Nine-offseason-moves-that-must-be-made
