Your flipping channels one day and you stumble upon a show with dancing going on and you swear that the big, goofy guy prancing around as if he's auditioning for the local all-male review troupe is a Dolphin player that you hate. It CAN'T be though, can it? Then he suddenly rips of his Zorro costume revealing his Dolphin thong! Yep, it's her...
Thanks for the info! The moderator is either insane or the most ignorant person I have ever met in my life! And I do not care if I get kicked off this board for my remarks or not... It now seems obvious to me now that too many posters on this board were not Jets fans back in the 1980s and early 1990s, back when Marino kicked our ass on a regular basis. (And we could have and should have picked him in the draft over Ken O'Brien!!!) Then there was the Mud Bowl, where Don Shula watered down the field to give his players an unfair advantage. Despite it all, there were SO MANY great games between the two teams back then. Really, back in the 1980s, Jets/Dolphins was THE BEST sports rivalry. bar none. Maybe we need new moderators on this board. PS I've been wondering why so many of my posts to this board disappear for no reason!

It's people like you that make the rest of us embarrassed to be Jets fans. -You come on here and start calling for mods heads when you have no clue for the basis of the thread...it was in response to another poster admitting he likes the dolphins even though he is a Jets fan. -Most of the posts I have read from you are moronic and emotionally driven with little to no basis in fact. -The fact that you have to make fun of a guy just because he is from another country...and feel justified in doing it, just underlines the fact that you are an ignoramus. -As far as authenticity, a guy from Germany, who isn't surrounded by the sport like we are, and could have chosen any team from any country in the world to support chose the New York Jets. That is 100x more authentic then some asshole who probably fell into it ass-backwards because he was following the crowd (let me guess, was it mommy or daddy? or the third grader that beat you up when you were in the sixth grade?)...yeah, real authentic. -I don't want you banned: even though you stand out as a shining example of how not to be a good fan, I like having little social experiments like you around to have an example of what not to do...and it's entertaining.
Younger fans forget the time that the fish were our most hated rival. That period lasted quite a long time. I still hate them more than any other team. Old habits die hard. But I am certainly taking enjoyment more and more from my increasing hatred of the Pats.
That's funny. When you guys go to play the Pats or Bills, I'm hoping the plane crash lands on the other team's training facility and vice-versa.
