Article below states Giant waiting list is at 90,000.

How long is the Jet waiting list?
Anyway on the waiting list now?
Is the $50 a year fee worth it to those on the Jets list?

PS: I have my own season tickets..just wondering from an informational sense.

The Giants yesterday announced their third price hike in as many seasons.

Ticket prices have been raised $5, with upper and lower tiers going for $75 each and mezzanine seating up to $85. Season-ticket holders will be informed of the price boost in a letter accompanying their 2006 ticket statement.

However, don't expect the rising prices to make a dent in the waiting list, which exceeds 90,000 according to a Giants spokesman. Briarcliff resident Chuck Catalfamo, 74, doesn't plan to unload any of his four season tickets despite the rising prices.

I am number 3000 plus. The $50.00 per year comes off your first years tickets. I look at it as an investment. My son can have them when I am through.

I joined about 4 years ago and was number 16,xxx. The next year they instituted the $50 fee and after that year I jumped up about 8,000 spots. I am currently running around 5,6xx. I don't mind the fee because it gets taken off the final price of my first years tickets anyway.

From what I have read, there is about a 1000-1200 ticket turnaround each year. Don't take it for gospel though.

I have been on the list ofr a few years. Don't remember exactly how long maybe 7-8 years. My first list number was about 14,000. I got down to about 8,000 prior to the $50 fee then dropped right away to about 2,000. I didn,t move much at all last year. I think my current number is around 1800.

Regarding Mike70s turn around number. When they institued the $50 fee they sent out a chart to everybody on the list showing the movement each year for about 10 years and it varied greatly and seemed to corrolate to team performance. In the Kotite years it moved a few thousand names each year but in 98/99 it only moved about 300 to 500 those years.

    so:

    1. where do i sign up?
    2. i think i can wait 10 years .. but do u think its gonna be more that 10 years?
    3. can i choose the seats? or do they give it out randomly

You can sign up on the Jets website...the wait will be at least 10 years unless a ton of people drop out do to PSL's with the new stadium.

You will not have a choice in what seats you get. The Jets make it very clear that you will get upper level tickets in the last 10 rows in the corners of the stadium.

I went on the Jets waiting list about 3 months ago, and my father went on the Redskins... and the've already called him about tickets. Hopefully I don't have to wait 10 years...

If I got season tickets they would most likely be cheap seats right?

Today they are $1,300 for a pair for the full season plus 2 pre-season games. In 2016 you can assume a pair would cost around $2,000 per season.

Upper corner endzones are what you would get and yes...they would be the cheapest ones.

a 10 year waiting list!?!?! wow, in 1967 my father went to buy season tickets and they were basically giving them away, thank god he's held onto them ever since...
the big problem is that when the new stadium comes the current season ticket holders are going to have to pay a seat licensing fee to ensure that they keep their seats, so I bet that there will be a lot of open seats

If/when season tickets go onto the market and the waiting list is gone, brokers will suck them up so fast you won't know what hit them.

PSLs will be an interesting part of all this.

Does the whole stadium get them?
    Just certain sections?
Does the 2 teams in one stadium offer relief on the size and scope of PSL?
