I started this thread up a couple of years ago and everyone seems to enjoy it so why not start the countdown now?! So here it is...add any dates that you deem important! There are 96 days left until the first Preseason game against the Cleveland Browns! There are 126 days left until the Season Opener against the Miami Dolphins! *Quick note...I do not count the current day nor the day of the event. So for the Dolphins game...I didn't count today, May 3rd and I didn't count September 7th the day of the event. This is purely just for some fun and to get excited about the upcoming season so enjoy Jets fans!
I can't believe how long of an offseason football is. We still have 126 days to Hockey is like 4 months, same with baseball.
It isn't as bad as it may seem. Remember...Training camp comes in Late July/Early August and preseason games are within the first week of August. So we have about 3 months until it starts to get going again. I agree though Football offseason is long...it has to be though because of the physicality of the sport.
Damn Kellenandthejets, your avatar changing is hurting my eyes. :smile: And yeah I cant wait for football, especially to see that middle 4 LB core play. Thats gonna be hella fun.

Football is a long offseason, but there is still fun during it. 1. The Combine 2. Free Agency 3. The Draft 4. Training Camp 5. Preseason Not too bad.
I hope this year they practice at the Meadowlands again like they did the last couple of years. It makes it so much easier to see the all the new Jets then to drive to Hofstra. Im in Jersey down the shore and going to the Meadowlands is an hour and change and going to Hofstra is like a 2 plus change trip. When the finally move to Florahm Park I will be the happiest Jet fan in NJ. SO until the dates in this thread get closer I will just keep coming here and looking for little bits of JETS news.
