WINS, Sacks, TDs, and INTs >>>>> Other, less important, less in your face stats You still didn't tell me how I'm wrong.
No, you are correct. But I did point out how ridiculous you are... In case it is not clear enough, try English. Most of us on the board understand it and maybe we can understand your impeccable logic better if you use it!
Good post but unfortunately it will go over the heads of a lot of Chad-haters out there. BT, on the other hand is harder to defend. What demonic QB destroyer was playing opposite him during his contract-drive year? Answer: Pretty much the Same Players the following year....when his new salary was hard to justify. If he doesn't turn it around this season, his head should be on the chopping block.
You are apparently better at keeping track of my posts than me--I didn't realize that one-half of all my posts are about Thomas, but if you say so, I accept your math. (I really don't keep track of them). Anyway, like I said, I respect your opinion, and if you think Thomas is/was worth all that money, so be it. I have always thought he was a wasted first round pick, and I was greatly surprised when Tanny re-upped him for another $25M just when his first contract was finally about over. If you think he's that good, then, again, you are entitled to think that. Two and a half sacks last year at OLB in the 3-4 defense makes me continue to think he's way overpaid and greatly benefited from Tanny's error in resigning him. You have your opinion, I have mine--If you want to respond I'll give you the last word.
I like the BT Chad thread one has talent the other has intangibles both of them are grossly overpaid for their contribution. They can both be replaced for a fraction of the price.
Here's a thought... Oh wow! Another dolt? Maybe you and DWare should exchange numbers, get together, and share non-sequiturs over a six-pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon... Who knew TGG.com was better at this than Match.com?
Oh, well, I was just thinking that, next time you jump into the middle of a conversation, and grab one side's little snippet, it might be more profitable to stick around long enough to check out context, the other side, and the conversation's result -- then perhaps you wouldn't be dangling, Mr. Participle Mesheler...
You crazy sweethearts have my blessing! Ha ha! The guy who refuses to use punctuation other than a comma called me a dangling participle! That is hilarious. Maybe you were refusing to end your run on sentences so that DWare had the opportunity to complete your thought. That is adorable. Really! It is. PLEASE invite me to the wedding in Massachusetts. I'll bring a copy of this incompetent thread to recite during the ceremony so you can reflect on the moment you both realized you spoke each other's monosyllabic lingo. It was love at first grunt. God knows I have tried to figure out the argument you are trying to make! But all I can see is two people who are so clearly in love that they cannot string two related sentences together. Ah, spring love... <sigh> So cute. You guys have a great weekend.
I wonder just what the change in assignment was for Bryan Thomas from 06 to 07...? Someone has said that he was following a different responsibility in 07. Anybody know about this?
