i have an authentice 1969 jersey signed by WJN that i wear on special occasions (once or twice a year). even keep it covered in my closet to keep dust off it. my wife snuck it to a tailor and had a copy made a few years back that i wear all the time, sports bars, etc. i guess if you get the right jersey to begin with, you're set for life.
:grin: Ha Ha. You got me there. I have a #10, but I shelved it last year. It is too controversial to wear that jersey nowadays. Didn't a guy get stabbed in the bathroom in 2006 for wearing a Pennington jersey? Anyway, with the potential for a revolving QB situation, I am going to stick with my Namath jersey from here on out. It's a safer play (unless I run into NJunc and get into the whole overrated debate).

I wore my Pennington jersey for a couple of games last year and I was getting harrassed big time. The sad part is that I can almost understand the opposing teams' fans doing it, but these were Jets' fans harassing a fellow fan of their team. Thankfully I don't drink because they were obviously very drunk when they were doing it and if I was drunk too it probably would have gotten a little messy...lol.

last year I ordered a Harris jersey from NFl.com and it came but the colors on the numbers are a little off (its an away jersey) like a little more torquoise than normal and pisses me off. I wrote to them and never heard anything back. kind of a buzz kill but not that big of a deal.

thats an intresting choice but unless we have antonio gates i dont think ill get a te jersey. Im leaning towards Revis but Cotch or Rhodes are still a possibility and the draft if we get DMC will trump all.
Good question. Maybe a draft pick. Maybe Jerricho Cotchery or Nick Mangold. None of the free agent pick ups are really jersey worthy I would say.
