I chose the last choice, because i think mangini will play all of them in any position he chooses for that play. I dont know about the guy we dont know though. I think we signed everybody on the secondary for now.

Considering the fact that Barrett was nickle and Miller was starting for most of the later part of last season, I think Millers got the inside track. He obviously has less experience, but the Patriots have seemed to get all their young DBs into the game real early. Im sure it was partly because they never seemed to have enough DBs, but they still got in there early and did well.

Good signing getting Dyson on the cheap. Nice young player, good athleticism, Mangini's defense will be good for him.

Barrett was hurt for a few games, but when he came back I am pretty sure he resumed his starting job. Miller started a few games while he was hurt.

Shift Barrett to SS where I think he's got a better shot at being an impact player, platoon Coleman and Rhodes at FS and start Miller and Dyson at the corner. Or don't, whatever you prefer.

I gotta go with Dyson and Miller. Barrett as the nickel. I like it, I think the sign is good considering the defense that Mangini will run

I dont think he is big enough for SS. I could see him at FS, but then again you hurt CB depth that way

Not necessarily, it's not like he has to play in one position all the time. I'm sure he's smart enough to learn the coverages from two perspectives and contribute all over the backfield. I suggest SS as I've always been more impressed by his tackling and play deep than his man and zone coverage skills.

I honestly don't know why people think Dyson is going to be such a great starter. I am thrilled he was signed, but there is a reason he was cut each of the last two year by two different teams.

He is tiny and I just don't think he can be a #1. He might be our #2, but I see him as a nickel back and rotation player who can come in and be one of the top two CBs on the team if we need him.

    I voted Miller and Dyson...

Tangini and them wont play the friend card...so if they shw out more than Barrett does, (which I expect them to do) they will get the nod...and Barrett will get his walking papers after the year if he bitches about it

as much as I feel Miller should start there's an objective view that is realistic. Dyson has been a contributor in this league for a longer time than Miller.

Dyson and Miller. I still think Barrett and Robertson COULD be cap casualties after June 1st or traded on draft day. Thank God we don't HAVE to live Birdbrain Boobway's bad drafting/signings.
