If Heath Miller is over-rated what does that make Doug Jolley? A non-factor. Any way you spin that trade, Penny, it looks like a bad one for the Jets. Teams that trade out of the first round before the draft even begins aren't thinking and that's probably one of the reasons why Bradway is now a consultant.
