we can sign sam adams. Long story short why dont we trade d-rob now get rid of his heavy contract and get a great receiver.

I dont see that as even reasonable, but with the draft picks aside, why would you want Charles Rogers. He injury prone and he is not a high character guy that the Jets FO is lookin for.

You are not very cap savvy. If we trade D-rob there would be a hefty cap hit which would hurt our cap status. We can keep Drob this year and see if he will be able to play in the 3-4.

...not a very wise trade scenario. Every year there is some guy who puts up a really amazing combine and a few of the 'less informed' want to make a play on him. I can remember the Matt Jones Lovefest last year :)

The Charles Rogers trade is also questionable. Since when has Rogers proven himself to be a proven commodity? What has he done since coming into the league outside of getting himself injured. This madden philosophy has got to stop.

are you trying to say that Drob is worth less than one of the most injury prone players in the league who hasnt proven anything at the pro level...at least DRob has shown something...that would probably be the biggest gamble ever...trading a talented D lineman for an unproven wide receiver...plus why would we need a speed receiver when we have Chad Popgunarm-ington
