How often does this happen? By my count about five times a year. The last one I remember was the win over Pittsburgh because the Giants didn't play that day, or they played at night or something.

Discuss the Jets being a story for a few days in March. Or just debate which QB should play.

I thought the Giants had exclusive rights to that page? Apprently all it takes is 137,5 million dollars in the off season

The Jets are on Around the Horn on ESPN as well. The world has gone mad! MAD i tell you!!

I cant stand us getting all this attention. Is it just me or do I not like my team being constantly criticized for its moves outside its fans?? Is this what a risk-taking, successful franchise does?? I'm not used to this...

When you stink you don't deserve the back pages, when we are good we get them. Hopefully there will be many more this season.

Can we make the cover of SI this week? One more biggish signing would do it...Utecht?

Probably goes to Favre, that bastad...you know he's coming back. Aaron Rodgers will stub his toe and Favre will come riding to the rescue.

On a more interesting note, did you read the articles that accompanied it? I did at work today since it was an unbelievably slow night. First off, I never read the Post, really, because I just don't. Or any newspaper for that matter. After what I did read, however, I can safely say they suck. Or maybe it was the Daily News. Or both. It was a really slow night.

Anyway, one of the articles in the post mentioned that Kris Jenkins weighed OVER 390 pounds at the end of the season. 390 pounds. Holy shit.

He gets a 'fatty' bonus of $25K if he keeps his weight where it should be. Hes apparently going to get 10 weigh-ins a year. Just hope GM can put something up on vBookie for this

That $25K bonus is for EACH of the 10 weigh-ins, for a total of $250,000. I'd love to be offered quarter of a million dollars to stay below 350 pounds - it would be a walk in the park as I only weigh 180.

SI? You want to jinx us that fast?

Maybe Favre will be the new Vinny, off his couch to the rescue every year.
