I see. So, when the Giants talk smack, that's OK, but if the Pats say "whatever"...that's out of line and arrogant.

    Gotacha:up:

Whatever – although I think the Giants have little chance, it’s the NFL and anything can happen. And if anything does happen…the entire world will be laughing at the Patriots and for them this entire season was a complete waste of time.

    I can only hope…

Agreed....I just wish the Giants would just STFU, but then again they always talk trash.

I have a feeling the G-Men will lay it all out. Dirty or not, they will not be afraid to take the personal foul penalty

The Giants are in big trouble if they all think like Kawika Mitchell, the Cowboys and Tony Romo are not even close to the level that the Patriots and Tom Brady are. Leaving talent out of the equation and just going by how the teams have spent the last two weeks, the Patriots are going to pound the Giants and this will be as boring a SB as there has been.

It doesn't matter how smug the Pats are or how much confidence the Giants have. It doesn't matter if the Pats say nothing all week and the Giants talk trash or vice versa, it doesn't matter if Tom Brady decides to take a Giants shirt and light it on fire in front of cameras friday night and pisses off the entire Giants team. All that matters from a football perspective is who tackles, throws, runs, catches, and makes adjustments better between 6:17 and around 10:40 Sunday night. I don't get why there always has to be a thread for when a player says something that slights the other team in any way.

    edit: i suck at typing

And still, that shirt would be the 2nd most flaming thing in the room.
