Prolly gonna get flamed but I am bored silly and thought I would throw it out to see what the response would be. I would have to say no from what I have seen so far.

With the talent on that team, I don't see why not.

Pats have the best oline in the NFL, the best defensive front 7 in the NFL, a top 3 QB in the NFL, the best WR in the NFL, and a number of other good to very good talent in support roles. Anyone should be able to coach that team the Super Bowl.

Who says they're going to the Super Bowl this year? Chargers by six.

If Brady audibled out of every play Brian Schottenheimer called, then maybe.

Wow so you are not giving Belishithead any credit for his defensive schemes or adjustments made during the games. As much as I hate the Pats I wish we were more flexible in our play calling on both sidesof the ball. For example the whole 3-4 thing. We all know talent isnt there to run it right now . But it seems that other teams who ran it without the talent ran a hybrid version of it switching to a 4-3 when needed. As for Notanheimer ....well lets just say he is way expendable

Conservative play-calling is usually done to cover up a lack of talent. Conversely, teams with tons of talent are aggressive because they can be.

No denying Belichek's halftime adjustments though... those are best in the league easily.

A trained monkey could take that team to the big dance.

Yea...right. We were aggressive when we played the Texans and Raiders (amongst others) last year, why weren't we as aggressive vs. the Pats, Giants, or Eagles?

Because the other 3 teams likely would've lit us up for trying, where as the Raiders and the Texans would not have.

Not with the same level of success, and it's not even a close call. I don't think players on that team would respect Eric Mangini the same way, and I think success in New England is as much about blind allegiance as it is talent. Eight wins, maybe nine.

I'm going to have to disagree with you here.

Tom Brady + Randy Moss + Offensive Line allowed to hold at will = SB
