This should be interesting. Ever since that 2001 super bowl, the pats haven't had any losing records and made the playoffs in every year but 2002 (due to jets tiebreaker). We all can't stand them, when do you think the "dynasty" will finally die? (aka draw a 8-8 or worse record). I'm basically saying when will this actually happen? :gpc:
Don't I wish. I thought all these FA signings would all backfire on them and they were finally due for a off year. I couldn't have been more wrong.
I voted 2013. I don't see it happening in the next 2 or 3 years....after that, it's pretty much a wild guess. I just figure, even if the Pats don't dominate 3 or 4 years from now, it will be a long time before the actually finish below .500.
I don't see how the Patriots win less than 15 games in a season ever again. Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are beings whose impact, in much the same way as the Yucatan meteorite, will linger long after they retire and die (though I suspect Brady may be exempt from death.) If they can eradicate the dinosaurs and alter the Earth's climate for milennia, how could the Pats ever lose a simple football game? Karma thread addendum: Brady and Belichick-84 A team of dinosaurs-0
When the Jets have a winning season again. Unfortunately, most of us won't be alive to see that happen.
I understand the contract on Brady's soul comes due in 2011. Expect much wailing and gnashing of teeth. Good times.
2008. According to well documented history, contracts with the devil last for 7 years and then lucifer comes to claim the soul.
