Further proof that Herm still has no clue. I guess he still thinks Terry Bradway's proclamation of Adrian Jones as a starting NFL tackle ("trust me on this one") will ring true. Maybe Herm WILL give us his #1 pick for Chad, especially if we throw in Hank Poteat.

Shit! Now Herm is gonna know that, when Brad Smith lines up behind center, it's a run!

Are you assuming Adrian Jones ever saw the playbook?

Are you assuming Adrian Jones can read?

If Adrian Jones shares the Jets playbook, as he understands it, then I really like our chances of ending the season with a win.

We could send Herm our playbook and it wouldn't help him one bit...

This to me is somewhat of a signal, possibly, that there could be talk of the Pennington/Coles deal after the end of the season.

The FO is not that stupid to let Jones go right before we play KC.

It will be interesting to watch how we play that game. If we play what appears to be flat and pretty much sew up losing, than I would really start thinking something may be up with a trade. I think that Herm needs the win far, far worse than Mangini.

Jones wasn't terrible as a starter, and he must have really done something to get in Mangini's doghouse. When you consider he's been on the roster this whole time, and both Clement and Clarke have been awful, it only follows that he really must have had a poor work ethic or something. Guy will probably start in KC.

I was driving through KC a few days after Larry Johnson got hurt. The local sports talk radio was quite unhappy with Herm. Much of their anger was that some of Herm's comments to the press made it seem like Herm was totally out of touch and unconcerned with keeping track of the injury status of his players. Something to the effect of, I don't know exectly whats wrong with him, I play whoever is healthy on Sunday.

No. JMac and Pennington for Gonzo and a 2nd round pick. It's fair Herm, trust me on this one!

I guess when we were saying it over here in NY about him, it was uninformed silly talk?

I love how they're so shocked over in KC that Herm is exactly what we called him out as while he was here.

Just because every O-lineman we have can't EXECUTE the plays, doesn't mean they don't know what they are...

And if Herm doesn't already know that when Jones lines up 8 yards deep, and the slot WR motions to behind the LG and breaks down before the snap, we're running behind the LG, he's even more of an idiot than the guys who designed this offense

I really didn't think I needed to point out the sarcasm in that particular post.

But I guess I did.
