First of all, you are comparing us to two of the best Defenses in football - not fair. Secondly, and most importantly, you conveniently forgot the part about 3-AND-OUTs, something both of those defenses rarely have to contend with. I would even be willing to bet that they wouldn't look much worse than ours if they spent as much time on the field as we do. (for an example-see GB two years ago)
So if the NEPs go 17-0 they should also be put in the record books that they acheived a undefeated season like Miami did in 72?

It would be nice to move on to 2008, but there are 5 games left, and I as a fan would like to win all 5 of them, but the team is not very good. They are better than Miami though, so losing to them would be crushing to me.

I think the extra rest will help the Jets and the short week will hurt the Dolphins. I think if the Jets play a complete game, they win by 14+.
i am looking forward to this game.. jets/dolphins games usually end up being good games one way or another, and i still consider them to be hated rivals no matter what their records are. i really hope LC is back.. i wanna see him and clemens together still and coles typically has a huge game against miami, which is always fun to watch.
I can't even entertain the IDEA that the Jets will lose this one. It just cannot happen. I won't allow it.
It should be a fun game to watch with the 2 young QB's getting the nod. Could be the start of a match-up we'll be watching for years. My guy tells me it wont be though..
