Yes it has been a year from hell for most fans of our beloved Jets. When you here Kotite's name brought up in conversation you know we are in big trouble.
Only a few games remain in New England's quest to become the only team to be unbeaten in a 16 game season. Mangini has been ridiculed as Manidiot this year instead of Mangenius as he became last year. Now that the Jets have gotten the 800lb gorilla of a 6 game losing streak off their backs to supposedly the 2nd best team in thr AFC we turn to Dallas and New England. Beating Dallas would be nice. Beating New England would be Awesome!:breakdance: It would make this season a plesant memory for Jet fans instead of the nightmares we usually have. I can think of no one currenrly in the NFL that knows Belichik better than Mangini. Mangini spent his bye week overhauling our pourous defense in to a dynamic play making unit. What was impossible 2 weeks ago may become reality in a few short weeks.

Start the backups against NE - I'd rather see the B squad lose 70 - 0 than see the best we have to offer lose 63 - 3.

Us playing NE is like a high school team playing a college team.

The Pats hung 56 on the Bills last night. That team is just playing on a whole different level.

After yesterday's game alot was forgiven. You can see the possibility of the team returning to form in 2008. Asking for the Jets to beat NE is kinda alot. although all the sports shows kept saying Pittsburgh was the team to beat NE and we just beat them so I guess we are next in line. :)

This is not Michigan where you only have to beat Ohio State. I am not forgiving anything not after just our second win. Our record speaks for itself and it does not say anything positive Yesterday may have been an example of the saying on "any given suinday" we will see if we can be consistent, then we can spak about forgiveness...

if we win against the gaytriots, everyone?s gonna say, they let us win to rise their Pick.

but i think BB will try to get his revenge for cameragate.

i hope we can do to Brady what we did to Ben.

If we beat the Patriots I will be EXTREMELY satisified knowing that we crushed their hopes of a perfect season this year. Especially since I now live in Boston and watching these chowda heads reel in pain would thrill me to no end.

For the record, I think the Jets have played far below their talent level this year.

I wouldn't be heartbroken if the Pats don't have a perfect record...in fact, the only reason why I care about it at all is to stick it up Shula's ass so I don't have to listen to their champaign story every damn year.

I want the trophy. Records and gaudy stats are irrelevant to me.....all the stats in the world mean shit to me without a trophy to show for it.

    Hey fake_crs,
I'm with ya on beating the Pats. It would be nice if we were their only loss this season, besides the one they lose in the playoffs ;-)
We played not to lose too much this year. I'm glad we took some chances. The game was full of bad plays by the Jets and if we had lost we'd have a lot to say about it. Improvement is key.

Same page bro. This is superbowl 2007 for the Jets. Nice progress yesterday, some signs of hope. I will forget a lot if we can cream these assholes.

This isn't college football...a season isn't considered successful if you somehow win 6 games when you start off terribly.

If we win out and end up a .500, which looks to be impossible, then ALL will be forgiven. Having a losing record after a playoff season should never be forgiven.

We have TWO wins and some of you guys actually think our season will be a success if we beat the Patriots? Are you kidding? We have two wins and we're not going to the playoffs. This is the NFL and when you don't make it to the playoffs, you are not successful.

Sure, I hope the Jets beat the Patriots and end their bid at a perfect season, but a third win isn't going to change anything...we still aren't going to the post-season.

I hope so too... If Brady takes some of those hits that Ben took, he'll be on the trainer's table...

If you guys beat the Patriots at home it will probably be the biggest upset in the NFL ever. I can't wait to see the money line on that game for the Jets winning outright. Will probably be bigger than ASU/Michigan.. something to the tune of Jets +2138398328347892378432411

i would take a win against the patsies and consider it huge. not fogiving the season we have had but it would make me feel a whole lot better about the way the year has happened.

yes consistency is the key, yesterday was a nice win but doesnt mean anything if they dont continue to play better on a weekly basis, by no stretch of the imagination would i expect the team to win the next 2 games but to play well in both would surely be nice.

we dont need to treat brady like we treated ben, we need to treat brady like we treated the guy he replaced.

hey while they are disgustingly good, and we are really not even a decent team this is the nfl. yes anything can happen and if anything could happen it would be us beating the patriots.

i really really really want them to lose. ill be honest i would like to see them lose in the 2nd round of the playoffs too but i would love for really anyone to beat them at this point.

i have a growing distaste for the patsies that you wouldnt understand if you are in florida, see over the last 5-7 years the state i live in (CT) has become a patsy state, which it never ever used to be, hell you couldnt find 10 people on the west side of the state who even knew where they played or who their qb was in the 80s and 90s and really forever before that. now all of a sudden there are patsy fans everywhere and they are quite annoying.

the patsies are actually getting very close to being more hated than the dolfags. not yet but its getting there.

Yeah, one game at a time, fellas. I'm really looking forward to the Cowboys game on Thanksgiving.... a little concerned that there's so little time to prepare and rest, but I'm anxious to see how well we can do against them.
