    This turned into a pretty funny thread but it's actually a very interesting debate. The Ryan's are awesome; their defenses are the only thing good about the Raiders and Ravens, respectively.

    In fact they are so good, I doubt they'd change jobs without a promotion. Along with Mike Singletary, these two guys are inexplicably assistant coaches.

    Anybody want to give them Mangini's job? I would.
