The season isn't over and we still have football to watch.

With us losing while playing poorly (missing tackles and other silly mistakes), it is fun to think of what this team would be capable of without the mistakes.

    We haven't had many injuries.

And I'm piling onto the draft thing, too. This FO has drafted really well. We may not have a team of game breakers, but the large majority of players that we draft seem to be able to make it in this league.

The coaching staff seems to be good at developing players, like Anthony Schlegel.

we can add another 3-4 playmaker in the draft next year like chris long.

Clemens looks like hes had 20 games under his belt already.

Tannenbaums drafted players (minus schlegel, titus adams) are good contributors to offense and defense.

That would be tremendous. You never know. It could happen.

In 1992, the Cowboys went on to win the Super Bowl. The Rams were 6-10 and in the NFC West basement.
Yet, the Rams went into Dallas that year and won. It was one of my best predictions ever. I picked the Rams to win 27-24. They won 27-23.

Maybe this Jets-Cowboys game will be like that '92 game where an awful team comes into Texas Stadium against a strong Cowboys team and and pulls out a win.

we have been in every game, special teams minus the pats game has been pretty good, our team has not lost their conformity and it appears we dont have many locker room problems, james dearth is still on the team ;), we beat the dolphins, and finally the t-i-t-s chants halftime over by the 235 section has been consistent and we have seen over 20 pairs of boobies, always a good thing

    This.

We just haven't been as fortunate as we were last year. Thankfully, our talent level's better than our record but at this rate we'll still get good to great draft position (believe me, I'm not rooting for us to lose, I'm just stating what's probably inevitable). There are some good opportunities in this coming draft as well as the coming FA class. Although I'm not too confident in our ability to attract FA's, our overall drafting prowess has been well above average under Tanny and I hope it will continue. There are a lot of options.

Also, our prime young guys like Revis, Harris, Brick, and Mangold are all already average-to-above average at their positions and continue to progress. Clemens also has been good thus far and Leon has proven to be at the very least one of the best kick returners in the league.

I understand we're 1-8, but there's still a lot of positives to find when looking towards the future.
