My fault on the Rookie thing, I was thinking this was Defensive rookies only.... yeah other than AP Harris deserves it.... but seeing as how AP and Harrison are on the board, I don't think Harris's 24 tackles will get him bupkis... Still voting for him of course
He won't win either, nor does he deserve to... Peterson is an easy pick in the Rookie of the Week.... And, in my opinion, if you allow 200+ yards on the ground, and lose, the ILB cannot be defensive player of the week... He played well, but the award belongs to someone whose defense performed at a high level
James Harrison was ridiculous...while I was watching his performance I kept asking myself if a Jet has ever put up those type of numbers in a game. If you can think of a game and post it, please let me know cuz im curious
Half his tackles were 3 yards or less from the line. 1 Man can not make a defense. If the other players played like Harris, Portis would have even lucky to gain 50 yards. Unfortunately the other LB's are softer than soft.
Fairly good. I can't see Harris getting either award. Harrison on Monday night. Peterson and his records. Edit: OMG, those highlights of Harris seriously suck ass. If his second greatest achievement on the weekend was chasing a wr our of bounds....
its a good nomination, he did more than things than many other defensive players, excluding the ones mentioned. im still pissed on the fact kerry rhodes did not make the pro bowl last year.
