A. What do you expect from the Pats? B. Who Cares  http://www.miamiherald.com/588/story/282079.html
The only team I don't mind New England running up the score on is Miami... But the Pats have been absolutely classless this season... See my thread about the Colts..... Someone needs to put them in their place
Yeah it's classless.....Pats will someday get a big payback. It seems this year they've been more arrogant.
The Pats are hated and envied anyway...by other teams and their fans. How they act will change nothing. So, this year the rule is... When someone gives you shit, you make them eat it.
I certainly understand that response, but your second string quarterback isn't so good. Brady just might catch a late hit somewhere along the line this season. That would really suck, wouldn't it?
Cassel sucks. He will be gone by next year, I think. Our 3rd QB, Gutierrez seems like a pretty solid QB, from what little I've seen. What team wouldn't be hurt losing their QB? (OK, I know, I know......) A word about "class".....Pats fans have hated Peyton Manning for years. He is Brady's biggest rival. Not once, in all those years, have I ever, and I mean ever, have I heard ANY Pats fan wish he would get hurt. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for fans of other teams.
Don't know why Peyton Manning is Brady's "biggest rival"....Brady has three rings compared to Peyton's one. At the same time nobody has ever accused the Colts of being Classless, cheaters, and dirty....Those things seem to follow you guys for years now, despite the NFL trying to down play these things.
Manning is Brady's biggest rival. There is no other QB that comes close. Manning and Brady are the Alpha and Beta of every "who is the best QB" conversation. The rest of that stuff just started this year, with the Spygate nonsense. Up to then, the Pats were always hailed as "the most classy" team, or one of the most classy anyway. Have you already forgotten how much you all hated that "the Pats are so classy" talk? That's one reason why you all had an orgasm when the spygate thing came around.
Class, schmass, I'd rather my team just win a game or two. My point is pretty Tom is putting himself in danger running fake spike plays up by 3 touchdowns against a team that has nothing to play for.
No actually its been around for a while. Many teams have said the same thing about the Pats...and didn't say anything (publicly) because they didn't wanna seem like "sore losers". Jags, Panther, Packers,Titians so on and so on. It just make more sense this year because of "Spygate". I think Doug Flutie just recently had some comments about the Pats "recording issues".
I was referring to the public "classy organization" characterization, not the "post-spygate hindsight" stuff. As for running up the score, phuk 'em, as I said. Wait till Mangini and Co. come to Foxboro. That will be ugly.
The last team that I remember running up the score on everybody and having a genius coach was St. Louis. We all know where they are now. What goes around comes around.
