wow im 2 posts away from 2000.... and i vow to save the 2000th post for either a celebration of runyans signing or the heartbreak of him getting away.
Sounds to me like he's using the Jets to raise his salary. I mean he pretty much says he would rather play with the Eagles. Hope he signs with us....
I hope we get, it would really help us out in the draft for freedom of other positions and give another vet to help keep things calm on the line
He is so using us that its not even funny. We will not be signing Runyan anytime soon. Once again we are being used like the bitches of the NFL. But what ya gonna do.....
If Runyan goes to the Eagles I guess we can look at Ashworth ....then to Hopkins and if they are gone...... after those 2 the rest of the FA's are pretty crappy. There is always the draft though.
its wierd...im not even worried. Last year this would have worried me but I have so much confidence in our FO now (maybe mistakenly but hopefully not). Its just so odd to have faith in our FO for once that its freakin me out.
?It was explained to me that whatever he asks for he pretty much gets it. We'll see if I'm something he wants. Probably the greatest thing i have heard in awhile. Looks like Mangini is definitly running the show.

Hopefully he doesnt have anymore scheduled visits or there are airport delays. This guy is a perfect stopgap for our OT situation.
I get the feeling Philadelphia is going to let him go. They prefer to build through the draft, anyway. And I'm sure it's either us or Philly for him.
He has said that he wants to stay close to his home in Jersey. That puts it to the Jets, Giants, or Eagles. I think its between us and the Eagles and if we make a good offer i dont think they will match it.
