It?s easy to say that both teams need to win this game. The Jets haven?t played badly thus far, they just haven?t been able to close out those games. They have the ability, but it hasn?t worked out.

The Eagles just need to play better. They?re capable with that defense and with a healthy Brian Westbrook, but they haven?t played consistently at all. The Jets have the edge there and that consistency should be enough.

    Pick: Jets.

Remind me never to read anything this guy writes again. Of course, stranger things have happened. You really have to wonder where these people come up with these picks. Philly put up 56 points on Detroit whose defense is still ranked slighly better then ours even after that game. Second, we are facing by far the best runner we have seen all year and it isn't like we have done all that well against the five we have already faced.

    Just amazing.

Novacek, he was a good TE, not sure I put much stock in that pick though. Wish it would come true.

Novachek probably hates the Iggles form his days in Dallas.
Thats a hate pick by him.

Kind of how like Marino always picks against the Jets.

How many concussions did Novacek have during his playing days ?
    There's obviously a residual effect.

    They haven't actually.

    3 missed passes in Baltimore.

5 picks in the last two weeks.

Two players, 8 plays. Thats the difference between 1-4 and 4-1.

With the exception of NE we had a chance to win all the other games:

Ravens -- win by a TD with KC FIRST start ever.
    Bills -- turnovers killed us.
    Giants -- turnovers killed us.

Take away a handful of plays and we could be 4-1 as crazy as that sounds.

Yeah, the Bills and the Giants.

Now we start playing the good teams.

    Think about it.

see thats what is weird about this team. we all know they have obvious holes in crucial spots but they make these games verry winnable but certain people always fuck up on plays that HAVE to be made. chad and mccareins. coincidentally two players half of jets fans didnt want playing when the start of the season came.
