The first drive, you go for it on 4th and 1. The Bills were back on their heels and we were getting positive yardage on every run.

One again, Mangini opts to be conservative and punts as if he's got the 86 Giants defense.

Chad looks slow and his arm is again betraying us, but Mangini is clueless.

Witness the birth of another NFL Phenom in the 2nd Half: Trent Edwards.

I agree...and it wasnt even a yard that they needed......mangini is playing this one as if hes happy to be in the game....the bills are the team thats reeling and has all the injuries...yet we game plan to hang around for a while....I dont get it....and did anyone see the pass to cotch that penny floated to the sideline allowing the defender to get over and make the play? did anyone see penny almost get cotch killed? these are the throws that chad killers point to when accusing chad of not having an arm

How is Pennington's arm betraying us? He is 15/17 and hasn't turned the ball over.

You don't have to go for on 4th and 1 in the first quarter in a 0-0 game...if we didn't the first when going for it, you would've started this same stupid thread and said something like "Mangini opts to be a gun slinger and is stupid for going for it on 4th down"

If you wanna see points scored, go be a Colts fan.

Save it Mrelectric29. How can you you be 15 for 17 and has no points to show for it. That's sorry. I'm a chad fan as much as anyone. But he needs to get the ball down field a little more. It's either the coach calling that kind of game or chad can't get it to the man futher down the field. Eithe way you slice it, the Jets are not palying or calling the kind of football that will make them a playoff team.

Look at the play calls man....they're setting stuff up. Dink and dunk all game, then you go up top. Something will happen, at least I hope it does.

you still want me to stop...they were setting all of this up in the first half. (those were some pretty stupid plays in the redzone, but look how they got down there)

now the defense just has to get it together.

for that ass that told me to "save it" - look what just happened.

  12. You were saying...?

This team was unprepared....and im EMBARASSED by this performance!

A 2nd team defense and a rookie mid round pick QB and we look like High schoolers.

Maybe Bradway was right for once..maybe Tice was the better choice.

our coaching staff cost us this game! the only coaches that we have are schotts, and westoff. mangini is nothing more than a dime store belichek wanna be! sutton couldnt coach pee wee defense, and considering mangenius, he couldnt either! sure chad threw the decisive pick(the 1st), but he wasnt the one who had to have "the brick" at number 4. chad cant change the way he plays, accept him or get rid of him, thats the staffs job. the play calls (to a large extent), end up falling on mangini, in critical situations. he chokes ,before the pressure, of the end of game situations. this entire game falls on his shoulders, and i think our coach received way too much credit last year. we all better pray for a terrible year, a better draft & free agent period, and the future release or resignation of our main leader. he is entirely too vanilla on both sides of the ball. we will be lucky to win 6-7 games this year.

when did football become a passive game?

where is the agression on both sides of the ball? we have talent in some areas, but mangini is content to play it " by the book", and chew his gum. prediction.... mangini will be history if someone interested in the big apple that has a bigger name. cower? the ghost of walsh? anyone who is not afraid to take a chance, please apply!!!!!!!!!!

  20. There's no reasonwe shouldnt have played aggressive today. We were basically playing a second team today...and we made them look like a top 5 NFL team.

I believe this could be the end of Sutton...b/c this D is BAD.
