    Actually, at the end of April Valentin's OPS was .830.

    Alou clears the bases to make it 10-9. All of a sudden all of those tack-on runs given up by Muniz, Sosa and Sele look a lot more important, don't they?

    That's a glass half empty way of looking at it. How about the fact the Mets just put up 6 runs, and have a chance for more?
