If you noticed in the 4th quarter, Clemens actually had TIME in the pocket to throw the ball. The O-Line came up big in the 4th quarter...Clemens battled against one of the most feared defensive teams in the league and had almost a miraculous comeback... We need another blocker..bad P.S Mcareins has got to go...what a piece of shit he is.
Well it really helps when you get to throw three times in each set of downs instead of giving up the first throw for 3 yards and a cloud of dust. The Jets might have won this game outright if they didn't keep getting Clemens in 2nd and 3rd and long earlier in the game.
Crazy thing is, KC threw 2 TD passes, and just missed throwing another one to coles. Unfortunately J-Mac dropped both Passes that should have been TDs J-macs performance today brings back bad memories of a guy who couldnt catch a cold in a Jets uni Curtis Conway....
Mccareins did the same thing in 2005 against San Diego, remember? BB threw him a decent pass and he couldn't hang on... he just doesn't have it.
Luck for us Shotts found a set of ballz and started calling real plays in the 4th qtr. Its been a long time since I've witnessed such p***y playcaling by a OC perhaps going all the way back to Hackett..
seriously it seemed like the OC wanted to use Thomas Jones as much as possible, hes very good but the O-Line STUNK! You could see with his look that its gonna be a tough time for him year this year.
WE saw a QB Grow up today and become a real leader. We saw a team with heart, this is going to be a good season. We are building a Championship team here.
seriously...against all the adversity leading into the 4th quarter, he had poise and calm and led this team well
True they did. But to make those throws you need ARM STRENGTH. As much as I love chad we all know he would not have made those throws.

Oh really? Well how about the Throw he Made in the rain in Miami last year that was Exactly the same ??? You know the TD to Cotch that gave us the win in the 4th Quarter and that was a perfect, accurate throw on a line in crunch time.... I'm sure the Chad h8ers won't remember it cause it gets erased quickly ....
The O-line was kicking ass those last two drives of the 4th they picked up everything. I can't believe that was the same line who played the first 3 quarters and the entire first game of the season. Hopefully something clicked.
for one quarter we got to see a o line protect our qb. its been a long time since i seen that. we need more of it. who'd a guessed that when the line blocks we score touch downs??
Agreed Royal Tee. Look I'm glad the KC looked good in the fourth quarter, but I believe that a lot of people are going way overboard. Pennington has made similar throws to the ones that KC completed today thoughout his career.
