This is a little extreme. now a days people sue for anything. Yes you and I paid money for the game and tix and we were presented with a game. Can all NBA fans who went to a game Tim Donelly reffed sue the NBA, no. I am also no lawyer but i dont think suing the NFL is the answer or will get them anything. The NFL was unaware of the actions, and i doubt can be held liable
Have you ever played a sport in your life? It's easy to dominate the other team if you know exactly what they're going to do. Most good players and coaches simply predict with high accuracy. Now imagine that accuracy at 100%, and of course you'll do better. It's like being faster and stronger than other people to be better, you use steroids and it gives you an increase in performance. So you use steroids and cheat mentally and you've got a champion right there.
