not the most excitig of trades, mainly just a bench trade. vernon morency for warrick dunn i get morency, also I have brandon jackson. morency was a 11th rd pick, dunn my 13th but i took jackson in the 10th cuz i heard good things but now from yahoo sports i hear he is struggling. I figure norwood should get the bulk of tds and yards in atl, while I get whichever Gb RB takes over, hopefully it doesnt stay a commitee. thoughts...
when you have jackson already, i?d do it in a minute, if one of them gets the edge, you might have a solid backup RB. i don?t expect much from dunn this year, he misses the entire preseason, and when he comes back to full strenght his job will be already gone, and he won?t be able to get it back as long as norwood stays healty.
thanx, the trade has already been made before the post, just looking for insight cuz i have heard nothing good about jackson since the season started contrary to the draft books and morency is still questionable for week 1.
Here's a trade I'm considering offering. What do you guys think? Willie Parker and Alge Crumpler (my guys) for Maurice Jones-Drew and Antonio Gates.
I would make that trade in a heartbeat. Gates is an immediate upgrade at TE and Jones-Drew can be more valuable then Parker because of his recieving skills.
If that guy accepts that trade, then he is an idiot. Gates will probably double Crumpler in points. Harrington won't get him the ball.
