I just saw the TD highlights.....looks like Kellen gets happy feet a little....but nice 3 TDs

This guys sure as hell doesn't know how to pronounce Puha...and the joke about him being down from 1000 lbs to 900 was bad

I definitely liked what I saw from Clemens. He was probably trying to do too much but he's the back-up and it's a preseason game - that's understandable. He showed that he could step in if Chad goes down, which is what is important.

Brad Smith, on the other hand, looked very uncomfortable at the prospect of passing the ball.

    Some random thoughts:

Love our depth at WR. Looks like Stuckey may be a keeper after all. Very excited to see Nugent's kickoff's reach the end zone, the added work in the off season has definitely paid off. Jones is as expected, hits the hole with reckless abandon. Washington actually looks stronger to me this year, and possibly even faster.. Clemens has impressed me, but it's clear he's still a year away. Harris looks like he could be the real deal, not polished enough yet at this point. Drew Coleman didn't look like the total piece of shit that he was last year, that's a positive. Kenyon Coleman was impressive, always liked this signing. Barton and Vilma shined. Robertson seemed to be going through the motions. Pouha... meh.

With Tui going in so late and not throwing a pass, could it be possible that he will be cut and we will use Smith at QB 3?

I know it is preseason game 1 but Tui really didn't get a look at all....

Raiderjoe: "M Tuiasos 6-1 220 still beter than K Clemins. Just didnt get chance to throw any pass. If Tuiasoser get chance next weeek against M Vikes he do good, Clemons still suck. Waste of 2nd round pick."

For the most part, i thought they played liked they practiced. No real big surprises. ST kicked ass, the 2d team OL looked better than I expected,
the 1st team DL played too soft, Leon looked awesome, TJ will be a workhorse.

Ware looked good, stuckey played a very good game, Harris was good vs the run, unsteady vs the pass.

    D. Coleman had a nice game, Clemens making progress and going in the right direction.

I still can't believe anyone (even Raiderjoe) would think Clemens is worse than Tuiasosucko.

I was bashing Raiderjoe. That silly poster has written many times on this site that Clemens is not good and that he will be lucky to win the #2 spot over Tuiasosucko.

I would be for that. Tuiasosucko is a complete waste of time. I realize he didn't cost the Jets much, but it was really moronic to sign him.

I disagree a bit about Clemons. He stood in there knowing he was going to get clobbered on two of those TDs.

As for Pouha the press gude says: Sione Pouha (See-OWN-nee) (BO-oo-ha), I think they were closer to correct than I could do!
