    They feel that he is a legit backup to Pennington and worth giving up a 6th round pick for otherwise they wouldn't have traded for him.

    They're gonna use him as a bargaining chip, either for Schaub or to move up in the draft.

    Respectfully disagree--He will be given a shot instead of throwing a rookie to the wolves (at least for a while). I really think jets' brass thinks Chad may not have much arm left and they won't pull a Herm and resort to a 42 year old off the couch.

    no way, he was brought in to compete for the #1 spot. we just need an offensive line to help him. i live in MD so i know about ramsey, and he is one tough mother f*cker. if he's protected, hes good

    Ummm...how exactly would you have the players respond to Ramsey...there hasn't been a mini-camp yet. And other than Coles, none of the guys have played with him. Coles is not the biggest media guy...can you blame him...so exactly where would this information come from. You'll get the standard line of "we're excited to have him"...etc...etc... Wait til' after the draft and a mini-camp or two have gone by and you'll have your answer for sure!
