Anyone else think this abraham deal is getting ridiculous??? lol......at this point I would be happy with schaub and a 3rd for abraham and ramsey.
Shaub + 3rd for Abraham + Ramsey is simply ridiculous. Shaub + 3rd for just Abraham is rediculous. Abe is an all-pro DE in his prime and we get a 3rd round pick and an unproven backup QB, and we gotta throw in a qb as well? Abraham for #15 overall or Abraham + Ramsey for Shaub + 2nd round pick + 3rd/4th round pick
I think thats closer to fair than most Falcon fans have suggested. A lot of suggested that Abe is only worth 3rd, which is nuts. Make it Schaub and a 2nd and the deal is as good as done, but if you insist on a 3rd, you better be giving us something later in the draft or next year.
the fact that culpepper was traded for a 2nd round pick really hurts abraham's trade value as does his contract demands.
No it does not, Culpepper is a running QB who completely shredded his knee, which puts a monsterous question mark above is head, whats hurting us with Abe is his contract demands and that he sat out the wild card and divisional games in 2004, because he thought he couldn't play even though he was completely cleared by the doctors.
Seattle is offering #31 for Abraham.Please stop.I would rather have Abraham sit out the season and not get anything in returrn than send him to the Falcons for a couple of non first round picks
