Its not such a far fetched rumor. Minnesota has been rumored by ESPN to be looking at packaging its 2 second picks to move up from the 17th pick to look for a QB. Taking Schaub might be cheaper and he can play immediately. What is Schaub's value a 1st round pick, a late 1st round pick, or a second rounder? Who knows but his value is certainly a 1st or 2nd rounder. He has a cheap salary,. potential and can be tendered quite cheaply as a RFA in 2007.
