what ever happened to that h-back we drafted last year? He got injured and missed the whole season. I forgot his name and was wondering if you guys knew if he was invited to camp.
He is a great blocker according to scouting. He should be our #2 TE over Ryan possibly, b/c Ryan doesnt really bring much to the table
HB ? I thought he was listed as a TE??? edit; 82 TE Height: 6'2" Weight: 267 lbs Birthday: 2-9-1983 Years in NFL: 2 College: Wisconsin Selected by the Jets in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL Draft with the 150th selection overall. The draft choice was obtained by the Jets from DAL in exchange for the Jets’ fifth-round selection (#138-FS Pat Watkins-Florida St.). The Jets also obtained the DAL sixth round selection (#189-CB Drew Coleman-TCU). http://www.newyorkjets.com/players/...r=player&return_to_action=show_active_players
i believe last year their intentions were to make him like a chris cooly type of fullback until he got hurt
i think that when saying HBack he's referring to H-Back, as opposed to Halfback. I'm curious to see what this guy might be able to do this year.
what is your problem? he obviously didn't mean hback, as in halfback/running back. he meant h-back, a position where players can line up as a full back or a tight end, but if you knew anything about football, you would've realized that.
I never knew pat watkins was a jet (even if it wasnt for very long) I had got to watch him play every year he was at FSU in person (since i go there). He was great on special teams, kick blocking pheneom.
id ont think he was a jet....i think he is trying to say what player dallas chose with the pick we trade to them
you guys and your tempers... I didnt mean half back you nubs i meant h-back if i meant halfback i would have said halfback or hb.
LOL, its like someone copied and pasted random replies and made a thread with it. Monkeys have red nuts so they can hide in cherry trees
