Something makes me think that other teams are trying to take advantage of Mike's greenness at GM and expect him to give in if they play hardball. After this deal goes down (or doesn't go down) we'll know what he's made of.

The way you phrased it, I'd say McKay caves first. I really believe it'll be a compromise, where we get their first, but also give up a later pick (potentially 3rd or 4th round).

A mix of a first and second round pick, whether either is this year or next year is necessary. Either that, or Schaub and at least their 3rd, or second next year. Less is robbery, and since we don't have to get rid of Abe yet, the advantage is ours.
