No what this tells you alot of teams didn't consider brady quinn a franchise Qb. There was Jamarcus Russell and a big drop off to the next QB. Brady quinn was much closer in ability in scout eyes ,to Qbs that went in second round.

A Rodgers dropped like a rock on draft day a couple years ago and so far he has proven alot of those scout right.
