Good post, and if you look at all my post-draft posts, I do not declare us anything. I want to earn the crown, not get before the season.

We should have some monster games this season, and I look forward to it.

Jets' came with same gameplan on defense only. They switched there offensive focus from running to passing in there playoff loss. In the Jets' win....they ran the ball down the Pats' throats. The Pats' also had some starters out with injuries in the Jets' win.

I don't think the OP is saying anything revolutionary or mean-spirited, he's simply stating a fact: all quarterbacks play worse when they are under constant pressure. Few quarterbacks can consistently beat a strong pass rush, or ignore repeated poundings by a defense. Brady has shown that he is one of the better qb's at making good decisions under heavy pressure, but still, the best way to beat any good qb is to take away their comfort zone and force them to make quick decisions under pressure. It's tough to make good throws when you're on your back.

Honestly after all this time ... why do you still follow the Jets? You clearly feel they are a terrible team ... must have been a total fluke last year making the playoffs!

This is not an attack ... not putting you down ... just really wondering why?

I really believe people forget that there are 31 other teams attempting to get to the same damn place.

I remember Hobson absolutely drilled Brady and got a b.s. flag. It was a huge hit though...

But you are right, more pressure is needed against NE and everyone else for that matter.
BTW. I'd feel alot better if we beat the Pats with Brady 100%, a legitimate win for our club with no controversy. It was nice to win @ NE last year.

I gotta tell ya, thet kill brady thing could be pretty close to what it takes to win up against the patriots this year. If stuff clicks for them, we will have to just hammer Brady with blitzes. I'm not too worried about moss, I don't think he will be all that good, but they have done a helluva lot in this offseason.

    We'll sweep 'em.

You can blame that on your genius hall of fame coach. Bill Belichicks former waterboy. Eric....whatever the f%ck his name is.

Besides.... The Jets had absolutly NO chance of winning that game. The reg season meaningless win was a sloppy fluke. It happens in the NFL. You'll probably beat us once again within the next 4 years. But not on he playoffs baby!

O my goodness, New England sports fans have finally experienced a good run over a NY team. How long has this been the case.....five years or so? Ummmm.

Now they know what Yankee fans have known and enjoyed for almost a century. :)

Not really a baseball fan.... but stop living in the past. Even if you're 100 years old....the NY Yankee championships are OLD news. It's a new century.
