I'm glad to say that our FO is not a bunch of fatheads living off the lore of being assiocated with Bill Belichick or making the playoffs last year. They were conservative in the prior years Draft but didn't let there own Legend of getting "Maniginni" guys or picking Offensive Linemen first and fore most cloud their judgement. They went out and got TALENT!!!

So instead of sitting back and getting want ever "WonderLic Warrior" or Offensive LineMen or Unathletic backup or "Manniginni" player who fell to the Jets, they got Impact players .......... even at the cost of a so called "NEED"!!!

Thank god we are past all the Blalock, Grubb, Low second round Corners and third Tier Wideout Talk. Hopefully we make a trade to get another crack at an Impact player with Barton/Barrett/MCcarins, but getting two starters out of this draft isn't the worst thing in the world. Specially since that's pretty much all we have as of right now from last year.

So let's go and get Two Fat Guys who are strong for the O&D Lines between Sunday and the start of the season like most compatent Teams do in the NFL, to play with our IMPACT players on both sides of the ball.

I don't agree completely with your analysis, but I do agree that we got two GREAT players regardless of the cost.

Who knows, we can find a steal at OG in the 6th or 7th round...

I'm very satisfied. Sure I wish we had more picks, but we got some damn good players. Both will help out our run defense quite a bit.

Also, we could very well get a pick for McCariens, Barton or Barrett. The fact that so many trade-ups occured makes me think that something is up in that sense.

Who wouldn't be Glad getting the Number one Corner and Number Two InisdeLine backer??? The Jet's basically felt four bottom 25 players in rounds 1-3, wasn't better then two top 15 players from rounds 1&2. That's a very good day if you ask me. I was scaried for a second because I thought our FO didn't value Impact players and would default to picking OLinemen or "WonderLic Warriors".......... but they really did a good job today!!!!

I never use it myself, but how can you mispell a made up word???
Wouldn't that be like complaining about spelling in a text message, who would be Anal enough to care how many @'s or 4's are used ........... well obviously you do, but I mean rhetorically speaking. Who???

if anything id say the revis move was worse. i would rather have gotten branch at 25 and then get harris the way they did. but the way it worked out i am more than happy...especially if they work something out to get a 4th or 5th rounder

If he was healthy I might agree. But he takes off too many plays and he has BAD KNEES.

I think what's up is that nobody felt there was any worthwhile talent below the middle of the 2nd round so they didn't mind getting rid of most of their picks to get to the top of it.

I'm not to familiar with college football so I don't know much about the players we drafted except what I read.
