I am not a Mets fan unfortanitly my wife is a fanand she wanted to go since we will be out there on that day... I got 2 tickets for $4.00 in Section:Upper Reserved 3Row:BPrice:$2.00 each Those seats what should I expect . Note I only been to shea one time and I saw N. Ryan pitch against them there and i think I was somewhere near there but hows the view from their to the playing field...And how is parking and what should I expect to pay for parking.

Will there be a chance to get foul balls or is it to far out their ???

You're at the top, no foul balls. And parking is going to suck....with the stadium out there....have fun, get there very early.

No chance you get foul balls. You are way up in the stadium behind home plate...

There is very little parking at Shea now. You might have to park at the Tennis center and walk.

    Best bet is mass transit.

We were thinking about going that route but are not sure when the path stops running from the WTC to Harrison Nj stations

You definitely want to avoid driving to Shea - the parking will be insane for the next couple of years. The PATH runs 24 hours a day, so it never stops running to Harrison, but it does go more infrequently at night. The following links give the schedules for weekdays and weekends; as you can see, the longest scheduled gap is 30 minutes, from midnight to 6 AM or so.

Yeah I was going to tell you that unlike other cities (St Louis) the trains run 24 hours so there is no chance of you getting stuck in a shitty place (St Louis) after a certain time. You might have to spend a a few minutes in certain areas but I believe you can take the 7 right from 34th St and then walk a bit to get on the Path. It's been about 7 years so I can't quite remember.

Man I havent been To Harrison or in years since I moved from that area in 95. I wonder how it changed !!!! My wife is excited to go to the game on Monday . She has never been to Shea . She has only seen them play in SF,and SD. The last t ime I saw the Mets play was in Az the 1st year the Dbacks were there in AZ. Hell I think the Mets won like 6-4 . I was sitting 3 rows back of the Mets dugout. And near some scout. I'm a Yankee fan and I'm getting hyped to goto the game . Well i just love baseball at the stadium it dont matter whos playing if Im their... The sights the sounds the smell .
