the more i consider it, the more i like the idea of taking Blalock. form a purely value standpoint, he's the best option. he'll (most likely) start right away, and barring injury, he'll play for a long time, so we'll get the maximum use out of him. CB's don't have as long of a shelf-life. WR's take time to transition and don't make immediate impacts; then they start to decline. TE's are always a crap shoot. it seems Blalock is a safe pick with great value. cheers
