Will the jets retire #28?

    Once he goes in the Hall in a few years it will be retired.

    Just wondering, how is the number retired? Is there like any special presentation? Or does the team just announce it?

    There's a ceremony, they had Klecko's during halftime of Herm's last home game where we got routed by the Pats 2 seasons ago.

    no brainer... hopefully this season when we play miami or new england
    next has to be Mo Lewis #57

    they should have retired #28 long ago in honor of darrol ray

    We retired Mo's number in Foxboro a couple years ago when he blew up Drew Bozo.... Thanks Mo:beer:

    They better retire his number. He was a great player and more than that he is a great human being.
