Actually I would use the word awesome. When you consider our running game , it was pretty obvious , if we were going to make a dent on any teams D it was going to be through the air and DBs knew that , but despite that as a WR core they did much much better than expected , so I would call their season awesome. Agree to disagree

    Larry Johnson and LT.

LJ had 10+ runs of 20+ yards in the last two seasons.

    LT had 12 last year.

That moves a safety back, because a missed tackle is a potential 6 points.

Our WRs kicked ass. They WERE our offense.

Honestly, if we draft Kevin Boss in the 6th or 7th, I will be very happy with our TE's. He and Baker are very similar TE's with solid skills at blocking and recieving. I think they'd compliment each other perfectly, and held the offense immensely.

I don't think thats what Hobbes means.

The last thing you want as a FS/SS is a burner breaking out and its one on one. Sometimes with those types of backs , you have to respect their ability and because of that it can affect the way that the rest of the field is covered.

Watch the first Pats game from last year and tell me they didn't do anything awesome. You might say it's only one game, but if you were watching they did that kinda stuff all season.

If the NYJs draft ONE MORE TE....I'll scream!!!!!! What a waste drafting TEs or gettin em in FA for the past 2 years. Blocking TEs, what a joke when we needed other positions filled. If we draft ANOTHER FB, I will sceam. We need a WR, G and a RT on the O. Baker is a good TE and always has been. This obsession since the da herm days is crazy 2 me when we have a good TE already. Do we really need another wasted pick when what we need on O and D? What about ALL the TEs that taken up rosters spots last year?

Huge misconception. Coles is extremely fast but we just haven't utlized him as a deep threat enough. They don't let Chad throw deep but he defenitely can as evidenced by the first two games of last season, particularly against the Titans.
