I'm not saying "spending in free agency = failure", but rather "spending in free agency does not = success". I would be happy if we signed Thomas, but it isn't the end of the world. Teams that succeed are usually built for the long term with young players they develop themselves.

It's a shame we missed out on Thomas. He's a game changer if there ever was one. But it's far too early to hit the panic button. We definitely need to address a couple of positions through free agency and I trust the regime to get those signings done.

uh yeah i did. did i say anything bad about hood? i still think he could start for us. but the sad thing is we will not sign him. we havent even shown any interest in him. and porter will probably go to the ravens now that thomas left them. he even said that...

this free agency is really turning into a big letdown

i deleted some stuff just to show you how two-faced you really are...and every time try to come off as an arrogant know-it-all...you can say by doing this that i'm taking what you actually typed out of context, but if you read what you wrote, you'll know that i didn't

stop getting defensive, and say what you mean...b/c you come off as a completely arrogant ass and most of what you say is usually the opposite of what you said in your previous posts

The only possible good news about his signing is now the Pats won't take the OLB that we want one spot ahead of us..

yeah, im just like the guy from face off
roderick hood could start for us, yes, but we are NOT interested in him. besides, nobody said he could be an impact player for us. i said he could come in cheap and maybe start for us or atleast be a good nickel back. remember? the "sleeper" thread? right.

They really are. I wonder how alot of you guys deal with real adversity in life, if this is the way you act when a football player doesn't land in your laps...

    Quit your whining already....

    Jets Are Beat

Letting New England land the best Free Agent Available. Just sitting back with all this cap space, watching everyone else get rich. Yeah, go sign a bunch of second tier players and have a couple here overrate them. Awful.

This whole site practically is misguided in thinking the Jets are better then they are based on that cake schedule last season. Talent wins. Not a bunch of bargain basement role players, solely.
