MM in red now!? Hah congrats man, you've been doing a great job as a Mod, looks like you're our Eric Mangini of TGG, working your way up the chain... But I wanna thank Tony for the job he's done. Everyone has had their differences with others, but he did a great job since he was appointed Admin.
Definitely. Lost in my promotion here is the end of the years of service Tony has dedicated. It will be different without him, but at least we get to read his opinions, maybe even more now without the headache.
When I first joined the board in 04, there was Petro, Tony, Cman & Ellis (who was then Ferg) The board got bigger but in the past few days Tony and Ellis have both stepped down. Thanks for the jobs that you have done to make this the best fan board. You will both be missed as voices of authority and reason but at least you will still add your opinions. Congrats MM. You will do a great job.
I didn't see that Ellis stepped down as well, too bad. Although I hope that doesn't mean we will not be seeing them around anymore.... :fingers crossed:
Nope, I'm just going to be a poster. I've been a mod/admin long enough. It wasn't an easy decision. I had been tossing the idea around, but the fact is that being an admin is a demanding position, and the last few months I just wasn't up for it any longer. It wasn't fair to Petro, the mod team, or the general membership of the site. MisterMoss will being a fresh perspective to the position, and I really feel that is needed. Thanks for the well wishes, but I'm not going anywhere. I look forward to resuming posting after a bit of a sabbatical to get some programming done (I have something I've been working on you draftniks will really enjoy).
