The NFLPA was prevented from publicly releasing its NFLPA report card survey results by an arbitration decision, but they were still allowed to release them to the players, at least one of whom shared them with The Athletic (https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7074178/2026/02/26/nflpa-report-cards-2026-grades/), thereby making the arbitration decision moot. Who knows what they really mean, but I certainly found them interesting, at least in terms of perhaps helping fans to recalibrate what they think players actually think. Here are the grades for the Jets: New York Jets Treatment of families: B+ Home field: F- Travel: B+ Food/dining: B Nutritionist/dietician: A Locker room: A- Training room: B Training staff: B+ Weight room: B+ Strength coaches: A Position coaches: B Offensive coordinator: B- Defensive coordinator: B+ Special teams coordinator: A Head coach: A General manager: A- Ownership: B Yes, that's right, the Jets players gave Glenn an A, and Woody a B. In fact, the only notably bad grade was for MetLife, a remarkable F- (in case you're wondering, the Giants players also gave it an F-). Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay, and Tennessee also got F-'s for the home field. Take it for what it's worth, but the players apparently don't share so many fans' distaste for Glenn, or even Woody.
F- isn't a real grade. Joking aside, I've felt for a few years the nfl needs to step in about Metlife. It's low hanging fruit to a talked about issue, grass or hybrid turf league wide.
Very shocking. Kind of like the James Webb Space Telescope revealing the early universe as something different than what astronomers expected. Apparently the organization isn’t as broken as we thought it was. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
yeah...one other point...this wasn't officially released by the NFLPA, right? So it was "leaked" by some unnamed source...so maybe it's legit or maybe its not. Not saying it's fake as I have no idea, but it's worth a question.
I'm sure a bunch of the players would have given Parcells a bad grade back in 1997 when he put an end to the Kotite bullshit.
What? That’s doofy to say. Parcells was a 2x time SB winning coach at that point and went to a 3rd the year before. That point doesn’t even make sense dude.
My point is Glenn got an A grade from the players, but the players liking a coach and that coach being good at winning games are two different things.
I think everyone understands that considering it’s a survey and you don’t move in the standings based on the results of it
last year Saleh didn’t make it long enough to get graded. But ulbrich got a B (25th of 32) https://nflpa.com/report-cards/2025/new-york-jets#head-coach
Maybe last year's condemnation of the owner, and overall poor grades was due to his Aaron Rodgers handling.
Woody Johnson should remain at F- until this team actually turns around or makes some progress. They've been in the same exact cycle for 30 years now.
