Your grandson is in my prayers. May God grant him healing and your family strength and peace during this time.
Thank you all, it is much appreciated. I am grateful for the doctors at All Children's Hospital, I think they've made a very stressful situation for my daughter and son-in-law just a little bit more manageable. They've talked, yesterday, about maybe moving him out of NICU so making progress. Thanks again
His sister finally got to meet him on Saturday, he's moved from one side of NICU to the less critical side so making progress. They have been backing off one of the heavier drugs so he is starting to be a little more alert, taking bottles pretty good, hopefully have the feeding tube removed soon. Thank you all for the good thoughts. @Brook! I think we can move this back to the other forum now, thanks again.
So Maddox is finally going home today, Still some hurdles for him but at least he'll be at home and my daughter and son in law are both teachers so they'll have plenty of time over the summer with him, not having to worry about work. My daughter is off for the last 3 weeks of the school year, and son in law has 3 weeks left of the school year. @Brook! I think this thread may have found its way to the wrong forum
My apologies. Moved to BS Forum now. Glad to hear Maddox is heading home. Keep pics coming my friend.
