Well, he's off the market now.

Per Adam Schefter of NFL Network. Terms of the deal are undisclosed right now.

Divisional steal, I'd be surprised if any non-NFC East teams had a chance.

Wow. Arrington and Pierce is a scary duo if they let Arrington roam free. The Giants now have the luxury of improving both their lines with cornerback and linebacker both strengthened through free agency. That's pretty damn scary.

Giants will be really good next year as long as Eli keeps getting better.

From what I hear the deal isnt done yet. I try not to get excited until its announced by the team. If its true its a huge upgrade over the garbage we had on the field in the panther game (2 backups and a practice squad 'backer.)

Redskins are lucky they have Gregg Williams as DC and he can bring in just about anyone and make them look good eg. LeMar Marshall replacing Pierce this year. NFC East will be an absolute BATTLE though, all four teams playoff calibre.

I'd prefer he ended up on the Giants rather than the Dolphags.

They have begun to address that problem by signing Sam Madison. That alone improves the DBF from last year.

...and LaVar is still not a Giant. I highly doubt he signs with them.
