I believe the young QB, Martinez, should have packages. A Running QB poses a threat that we don’t have. There were many 3rd down plays that could have been converted to first downs if Rogers could run. I understand Rogers is who he is, but he’s not who he was.
A fan of a franchise that pulled Sanchez off the field every time he had a big play to run the Tebow package for a 1-yard gain to kill all young QB rhythm should never ever advocate for a package. And truth be told other than some minor anecdotal successes across 15+years since the Ronnie Brown wildcat, the running QB package stuff is largely unsuccessful and just throws the entire offense out of whack. No thanks.
Two things 1) Martinez is not the guy, he's not that good 2) they can't even get the snap off in time with the normal lineup, let alone a special package. I'd love a running QB though so bad. This 2005 style offense sucks

Martinez will be the hot name in offensive HC candidates when he leads the 2032 Panthers to a record breaking offensive production at OC with the son of somebody at QB and WR. Woody should buy in early and turn him into the next Kellen Moore. Yes Woody I am telling you to do exactly that so I expect this to happen in reality now because you listen to what we say. Do it. Bro Rodgers can't even get plays off on time. You think they can come up with and implement packages for basically a rookie QB successfully??
He needs to stay on the bench. As mediocre as Rodgers has been, he's still far and away our best option at QB.
Rodgers is 8th in yards and 9th in TDs. Hard to bench him even if he’s 6th in picks and bottom 5 in completion percentage. I’d still love to see what Taylor can do, though. Who is Martinez?
