Okay, so last night I was gong to go to sleep. I turned on the NFL Network and it looked like they were playing a rebroadcast of Super Bowl XXII Denver vs. Washington. I decided to DVR a second showing at 1:00. I am watching it right now before I head to work. This looks like a rebroadcast of ABC's showing of the game. THIS is what I wanted the NFL Network for!!!! They NEED to keep doing this!!!
Anyone else watching these? They are rebroadcasting past Super Bowls. Super Bowl XIII (Dallas/Pitt) is going to be on Monday night.
It really is pretty awesome, I could do without the halftime shows but that is a minor complaint for a great idea.
I really think they need to expand it to include great games. I would LOVE to see the 1968 AFL Championship or the Immaculate Reception game.
Me too, on Friday morning they played SB 36 complete with the U2 halftime show when they went coporate and had the names of the victims of 9/11.
