We are 2-4 and heading to Steeltown to take on Steelers. Vegas has us as 1.5 points favorites after the Adams trade. I just don't buy it but we have a chance. To me we are not favorites but we might have a chance if we somehow see some of the Rodgers to Adams magic. If we lose, we will be 2-5 and season most likely will be over. jets win by double digits. another week the line makes no sense from vegas. begging you to take pittsburgh and grab the points just like buffalo last week where all the money came in on the bills and the spread dropped. made 0 sense. jets finished in the redzone on sunday they win the game by 10+ vs buffalo. 8 men in the box. stop the run and make fields/wilson throw to pickens and calvin austin to beat us. i wouldnt mind seeing some 6th OL to help with watt this week. I really would hope we dont come out in much 12 personnel since our TEs suck ass. joey porter jr is probably going to see a lot of adams so GW should feast in the slot. Steelers are very bad vs slots this year. Jalen Tolbert 7/87/TD against them from the slot a few weeks ago.
The Jets OL is going to a have tough time stopping a T.J Watt led defense especially with Rodgers lack of mobility. The Steelers offense isn't that great. I see a low scoring game here. Who wins. I have no idea.
It's a bad matchup for the Jets. Jets can't stop the run or protect the passer. Those are 2 things that Pittsburgh exploits weekly. Plus we never win there. Simply can't be 2-5 though so they gotta get it done, I dont think they will though
I think we win this. The Steelers are ranked 24th in yards per rush attempt. Their defense is ferocious but we have a decisive edge at QB.
Also just to add TJ Watt lines over the RT the majority of his snaps. Rodgers should see majority of the pressure coming at him from Watt. Pleeeease chip and double a lot. Cannot let him ruin this game like he is capable of. Whatever GW's receiving props are, take the over on the receiving.
Something that's also interesting - We all think our rush defense sucks, but we're 9th in the league in opponent rushing yards per attempt.

Steelers run game isn't that great, Pickens isn't happy, their TE is avg at best. I think the Jets D shuts down the Steelers offense. This game comes down to what the Jets can do against the Steelers D. With Adams on the team I think the Jets TE's are relegated to blocking. I expect a lot more 12 personnel with Hall as the safety valve. I think Adams and GW both go over 80 yds. I was at this game in Pitt when Sanchez ran a bootleg in for the win. They can beat them there.

Wilson... Fields will kill the Jets. It's bad enough the Jets can't stop a nosebleed in the 1st half. The LAST thing this team needs is to add a QB that is, quite possibly, the best rusher on the team. This team is going in the wrong direction while the Steelers, as usual, are looking playoff bound. I don't know if Adams gives the team a boost or we see the same shit we saw the last two weeks.
