So happy we moving past the JD era uniforms. worst 5 year stretch of Jets football I’ve seen in 40 years of watching. Looked terrible, played even worse. Hopefully this is a turn of the page. Even if all the main people responsible are still here
I couldn't be happier. I love that logo. Green helmets are a win also.. So many white helmets.. The metallic look still there. That's great also. Love the jerseys. Very happy.
Really nice piece. Wonder if they will put the player numbers on back of helmet like they used to with that logo as well. Would be a nice touch.
Maybe he'll be sent back to England for 4 years. It'd be the only positive thing to happen - if that shit happens.

Depends on how far back your taste in Jet unis go. That last football logo absolutely sucked just like all iterations of the uniform. It couldn't be more retro and basic.
Yeah... we've always been kind of a cut-rate franchise. I like the new uniform... but I like the swoosh logo and I like the way they updated it. At the end of the day it really only matters in the wind/loss column...
agree 100% even though it’s nostalgic for me personally, I still think it’s a bullshit cheap ass kindergarten amateurish trash of a logo. Has literally ZERO crattivity. with a name like the Jets and a cityscape like NY that is so iconic, the fact that we haven’t been able to come up with a creative kickass logo in 70 years is mindboggling to me. At least the Namath/Parcells uni had an actual logo, even if it was still just writing the word Jets and putting it in an oval. When they replaced it with the Gase logo it was total crap. This one isn’t much better. Literally looks like an art school flunk out did it…which I guess is actually the case. And take dude…I can see why you failed art class. The fact that Leon Hess didn’t want to pay an actual firm to design something is just SO Jets. so here we are. I do love the new shade of green and I’m glad we kept it…the old sack exchange jerseys are nostalgic but if you go back and really look at them, they aren’t that great. The new green is much better. and I’m glad we got rid of the Gase uniforms which look worse and have an even worse logo (though I prefer that font to the new slants block letters honestly) which is not a logo anyway… so I like these better than the ones we replace, but we are closer to the bottom of the league in terms of logo design and overall look than we are to the top. and to be fair, I know that lots of people would say the Cowboys have one of the best looks but I couldn’t disagree more…the navy blue on the helmet next to the royal blue on the jersey next to the seafoam whatever the fuck color those pants are is just awful. Like 89 different shades of colors. I don’t get it
No the last one was bad too. The font/typeface was better, but just slapping it on the helmet with a goofy little football in front of it wasn't great. It was better with the oval around it and NY behind it.
