    Happy Bird Day all, be careful on the roads. Luckily I've only got a 6 minute drive.

    I've got the turkeys in the cranberry brine for the night, they'll be getting a carmelized onion butter rub and going on the smoker around 6am

    I'll only be 19 miles away this time but you've got a better chance of catching me riding a sleigh down Broadway at the back of the Thanksgiving Day Parade than you do getting me back to the Meadowlands this week.

    All was okay though, I just made the under, even with a stop at Roll n Roaster! Happy holidays!
